Only status=supported is a usable pooled estimate. The separate indicativeEstimate may provide a broad, non-certified thin-data range when its own point has status=indicative; this names either same-trim sale anchors or an explicit related-trim assumption with its own-anchor count, never an invented rarity premium. Mileage effects are in mileageSensitivity.estimates and must match the selected price sourceMethod, sourceVersion and asOf; signed steps hold market and condition constant. Do not describe an indicative range as a validated 80% interval. Asking prices cannot move the estimate.
- history: confirmed sales and eligible public asking receipts as separate price bases, never blended, each sale with its receipt where a public one exists. Source-specific askingInventory panels carry evidenceAsOf and expiresAt. Coverage is a bounded sample; unavailable counts are not zero. Expired evidence is withdrawn at request time, and eBay cards remain separate from statistics.
